'Dramatic aerial footage taken by Kristina Raitciz offers a jaw-dropping look at the erupting Geldingadalir volcano. <br /><br />Caught on camera by Kristina are the awe-inspiring scenes of the explosive activity occurring inside the crater and the lava river flowing down the volcano. <br /><br />"The Geldingadalir volcanic eruption started in Iceland on March 19, 2021," the filmer stated. "It is now officially the longest eruption of the 21st century.
